# #2 Create and manage

## Create project

1. In your workspace, select the group you want to create the project with.
2. Click the ‘New Project’ button at the top right of the workspace.

3. Select the type of project to create among text, video, or image.

4. Choose up to 50 files to upload and press the ‘Next’ button.

5. Enter detailed project information and click the 'Create' button to create a project according to the number of files selected. However, the project name can only be up to 60 characters.

**Which file can I select for the original source to create a project?**

The files below can be used as the original source.

* **Text : vue, txt, docx, doc, xlsx, xls, pptx, ppt**
* **Video : MP4, YouTube URL**
* **Image : jpg/jpeg, png, tif/tiff, bmp, gif, dcx, pcx, jp2, jpc, jfif**

The file size and video length you can select will vary depending on your plan.

## Create an app-linked project

### External drive connection&#x20;

You can create various projects quickly and easily by linking external drives such as Google Drive and Dropbox.

1. Under “Create Project,” select the type of project you want to create.
2. Click “Select File” and choose the app you want to link in advance.
3. A project is created by selecting the file in the pop-up window of the linked drive.

* Dropbox
* Google Drive
* YouTube (Enterprise plan)<br>

**Can I create a project by selecting a file as the original source?**

You can use the files below as the original source.

* <mark style="color:orange;">Text</mark>
  * <mark style="color:orange;">Size: less than 50 MB, 50 files</mark>
  * <mark style="color:orange;">Extension: vue, txt, docx, doc, xlsx, xls, pptx, ppt files</mark>
* <mark style="color:orange;">Video</mark>
  * <mark style="color:orange;">Size: Up to 4 hours long, files less than 4GB</mark>
  * <mark style="color:orange;">Extension: mp4 file</mark>
* <mark style="color:orange;">Image</mark>
  * <mark style="color:orange;">Size: 5MB per image, less than 50MB total / Up to 100 images can be uploaded</mark>
  * <mark style="color:orange;">Extension: jpg/jpeg, png, tif/tiff, bmp, gif, dcx, pcs, jp2, jpc, jfif files</mark>
  * <mark style="color:orange;">You can upload by folder and create a project with the folder name.</mark>

### Create a YouTube channel video project&#x20;

You can easily create a video project by linking to a YouTube channel.

1. Select a video project from the project types.
2. Select the YouTube channel that you have previously linked to.
3. Select a video from the YouTube channel list and click upload to create a project.

This feature is only available for the **Enterprise plan**.

However, you can also create a project by entering a YouTube video URL without connecting to a YouTube channel.

## Create a project with DRM

When creating a video project, you can set up DRM (Digital Rights Management) to prevent content leakage and ensure security.

&#x20;For DRM-applied video projects, an additional 25% of usage is deducted compared to regular video projects.

## Create dubbing project

You can create a video in another language other than the language recorded in the video, with voices provided by the Voicecast in the workspace asset.

* This can only be achieved by creating a related project after the video transcription is finished.&#x20;
* Also, a dubbing project can only be created if it’s only one speaker.

For a video dubbing project, 400% of the available usage will be deducted compared to a general video project. \
(1 minute of dubbing = 4 minutes of general video)

## Create a subtitle synchronization project

In a completed video project, you can synchronize the subtitles of the edited video, even when specific scenes have been added or deleted.

* After completing the video project, it can only be created as a translation-related project.
* The target video and the edited video are displayed simultaneously in the waveform, allowing you to compare and sync the subtitles.

**What is the target video?**

This refers to a video where a specific scene in a completed project has been edited, causing the subtitles to become out of sync.

**Are there any restrictions on the size and time of the target video file?**

You can only upload .mp4 files that are 4 hours long and under 4GB.

## Delete project

1. In the project area of the workspace, click the ‘Expand information area (>)’ button on the left of the project to be deleted.
2. Click the ‘More(...)’ button on the right side of the expanded project area.Click the button.
3. Click the ‘Delete’ button to delete it.

## Download progress history

In the workspace, click the 'Progress History' button on the left of the project for which you want to download.

**Can anyone download progress history?**

Progress history can only be downloaded by project managers.

**Can I download the progress history at any time?**

Progress history can be downloaded as an Excel file at any time starting a day after the project was created.
