# #1 Permission settings

Workspace assets is a term for glossary, translation memory (TM), and voice cast.

Administrators, owners, and (specific) users in the workspace can manage workspace assets by creating/editing/deleting them.

Members invited to the workspace can freely use the provided workspace assets during localization work.

1. Click the “Workspace management > Permissions” menu.
2. In permission settings, you can grant creation/edit/delete permissions by selecting dictionary and translation memory (TM) items depending on the member type.

However, owners and administrators are automatically granted permission to create/edit/delete both the glossary and translation memory (TM) of workspace assets.
