Introduction to rate plans

You can subscribe to a monthly plan that matches the amount of localization you need.

  • When you sign up, you can get the Pro plan for free for 30 days.

  • We are also preparing an annual plan that is cheaper than the monthly plan.

Recommended pricing plan based on the user

  • Pro: Individuals who want to handle a large amount of work effectively

  • Team: Teams and workers who need accurate and efficient work management

  • Business: Companies that want to effectively

Rules for uploading image files

  • You can only upload folders that contain image files, not individual image files.

  • The maximum size of each file is 5MB, and the maximum size of each folder varies depending on your plan.(50/100/200MB)

  • Regardless of the number of folders, you can upload up to 100 images at a time.

Manage payment information

  1. Click the arrow button in the upper-left corner of the workspace.

  2. Click the 'Settings' tab in the menu.

  3. Under 'Plan > Information', click the 'Change Card Information' button in your payment information to register or change your payment method.

What payment methods do you support?

Currently, we only accept credit/debit card payments.

Is it safe to register my payment information?

Payment information is safely managed through Toss Payment, which is used as a payment service.

Change your subscription plan

  1. Click the arrow button in the upper-left corner of the workspace.

  2. Tap the 'Settings' tab in the menu.

  3. Under 'Plan > Information,' click the 'Change Plan' button in the plan information and select the plan you want to change.

When will it take effect if I change my plan?

  • When you upgrade your plan, it will change immediately after payment, and the remaining usage on your existing plan will be transferred.

  • If you downgrade your plan, the plan will not change until the next payment date.However, you can cancel the downgrade at anytime before the next payment.

Is it okay if the members I'm collaborating with have different plans?

  • If the group owner has an appropriate subscription plan, all members in the group can collaborate seamlessly, regardless of whether they subscribe to the plan or not.

When canceling a plan

  • Upon completion of cancellation or the end of the free trial, you will be re-signed to a non-subscription status.

  • Existing projects are available, and you can create projects with the remaining usage before the payment date.

Free trial

  • After signing up, you can use all the features with the Pro plan for 1 month (30 days).

  • It does not automatically switch to a paid plan, and the payment is only made when the user selects and uses the plan.

  • During the free trial, you will not be able to pay for additional usage.

  • At the end of the 1 month free trial, you will not be able to carry over the remaining usage, and you will be changed to a non-subscription status.

Don't forget the Thank you coupon (50% discount on all plans)!

  • When you sign up, we will provide you with a 50% discount coupon for the plan that you can use after the free trial ends.

  • If you use the discount coupon, you can use LETR WORKS for 60 days at a 15-day pricing.

When re-registering with the same account after membership cancellation

  • You will be unsubscribed and unable to use the free trial.

  • Thank you coupon (50% discount on the plan) will not be issued.
