  1. In the workspace, click the ‘Expand information area (>)’ button on the left of the project to be deleted.

  2. Click the ‘Complete Project’ button.

Can anyone complete the project?

Only project managers can complete projects.

Can I change a completed project back to in progress?

If you have not created a related project after completing the project, you can change the status to in progress.

  1. In the workspace, click the 'Expand information area (>)' button on the left side of the project that you want to change to progress status again.

  2. See more (...)Click the More (...) button and the 'Change to In Progress' button.

When can I download the final result?

Once the project is complete, project managers can download the final results.

Subtitle download

Download the subtitle file of a completed video project and configure it in various options and formats according to the purpose of the video content.

  1. In the workspace project area, click the ‘Expand information area (>)’ button on the left side of the project.

  2. Click the ‘Download’ button on the right side of the expanded project area.

  3. In the ‘Subtitle download’ pop-up window, select the required ‘Subtitle options’ and ‘File format’ and then press the Download button.

Can I select multiple subtitle file formats?

You can select one or multiple subtitle files. When you select multiple file formats, the download will be compressed into one file.

Download the resulting file of a completed image project as a PSD-type file with a text layer added so that you can process the shape of the text.

  1. Click the ‘Expand information area (>)’ button on the left in the project area.

  2. Click the ‘Download > Image’ button on the right side of the expanded project area.

Are text layers created individually for each sentence?

Text layers are created individually in the same number as the sentences in the project.

  2. Click the 'Download' > 'Audio' button on the right side of the expanded project area.

  3. In the 'Audio' pop-up window, select the 'File format' you need and click 'Download.'

Download the completed projects in batches, saving time by downloading the results simultaneously.

  1. Click the 'More (···)' button on the top right of the workspace.

  2. Click 'Download' > 'Batch operations' in the expanded drop-down menu.

  3. Select the checkbox to the left of the project.

  4. Click the 'Download' button on the right side of the workspace area.

Batch download can only download projects of the same type.

Upload linked app

Upload linked app

Upload the results of a completed project to a linked app, which allows you to improve work efficiency.

  1. Click the 'Expand Information Area (>)' button on the left in the workspace.

  2. Click the ‘Upload’ button on the right side of the expanded project area.

  3. Select the app you want to upload in the 'Upload' pop-up window.

  • Google Drive

  • YouTube (Enterprise plan)

Where can I set up the linked app?

The owner or admin can manage Linked app settings in the workspace menu. Detailed instructions on settings can be found in 'App Linkage.'

  1. In the Google Drive pop-up, select the account you want to link.

  2. Select the folder you wish to upload in the selection folder and click 'Upload.'

Can I create a separate folder?

Click the 'New folder' button on the right of the pop-up to create a new folder.

  1. Select the channel you want to upload to from 'Channel.'

  2. After entering the 'Subtitle name,' click the 'Upload' button.

Where can I view my uploaded subtitle files?

'YouTube studio > Channel subtitles > Uploaded videos' of the linked YouTube account.

This feature allows you to proceed with other types of projects following a completed project, allowing you to configure the process of creating the final result according to the content.

Who can create related projects?

Related projects can be created by owners, administrators, and users with group permissions.

Is there a project status that allows me to create an associated project?

Once a project reaches completion status, you can create related projects.

  1. In the workspace, click the ‘Expand information area (>)’ button on the left of the project to be deleted.

  2. Click the ‘Create Related Project’ button on the right side of the expanded project area.

  3. Enter project information in the ‘Create Related Project’ dialog and press the ‘Create’ button.

Even if the number of projects increases, the related project view feature makes it easy to collect and check multiple related projects in order. You can check all related projects by applying a hierarchy of progress stages.

  1. In the workspace, click the ‘Expand information area (>)’ button on the left of the project to be deleted.

  2. Click the ‘View related projects’ button on the right side of the expanded project area.
