Basic Information

Workspace settings

Workspaces can be created on the team plan or higher.

You can also invite members to collaborate, and the maximum number of people you can invite is as follows.

  • Team - 10 people

  • Business - 50 people

  • Enterprise - 100 people (additional possible )

My workspace

As a workspace owner, you can invite other members and grant them permission as an administrator to collaborate.

Invited workspace

This is a workspace where you are invited as a member, such as an administrator or user. You can access it by receiving permission from the owner or administrator.

Switch workspace

You can switch to an invited workspace other than your own by clicking the workspace name area at the top of the left sidebar.

Notification information

You can check notifications by clicking the bell icon at the top right of the workspace.

A red dot appears if there are unread notifications. When all notifications are read, the red dot disappears.

Notifications cannot be deleted by the user and are automatically deleted after 90 days.

Additionally, the types of notifications provided are.

  • Workspace - Invite members, set new owner, delete workspace

  • Group - Grant group permissions

  • Project - Delete worker, viewer invitation, assign/change/delete of work amount, change/complete/delete project information

  • Payment - Payment success/failure (3 attempts)

Information management

Enter basic information

You can directly edit your workspace name and logo.

When uploading a logo file, you must comply with the requirements below.

  • Size - 280 x 44 px or less

  • Capacity - 1MB or less

  • Format - gif, jpg, png files

Payment manager

You can enter the name and email of the billing person to be notified of your plan's payment status and changes.

However, only the workspace owner can enter and confirm payment contact information.

Maximum number of characters

  • Workspace name - 30 characters

  • Payment contact name - 20 characters

Member management

The "Workspace > Members" page shows the total number of registered members and the number of requested invitations.

You can also add new members through member invitations.

Member invitation

  1. Click the "Workspace management > Members" menu

  2. Click the "Invite Member" button at the top right of the page

  3. Enter name or email address in the member invitation pop-up.

  4. After checking, click the invite button

Member invitation tips

  • LETR WORKS can search both their name and email address.

  • Non-members of LETR WORKS can only be invited by their email address.

  • After searching for the members you want to invite, press the enter key on your keyboard to add them. When you click the invite button, all are invited.

  • Invited members are classified as regular members. The owner or administrator can change them to new administrators.

How to accept an invitation and join a workspace

When inviting a member, an invitation email is sent to the member. The invited member can join the workspace by clicking the "Join" button on the email.

Delete member

  1. Click the "Workspace management > Members" menu

  2. In the "Managed Members" list, click manage on the member you want to delete.

  3. Click delete to complete

Cancel and re-invite members

  1. Click the "Workspace management > Members" menu

  2. Click manage on the member in "Invitation in progress" list

  3. Click "Cancel invitation" or "Resend invitation"

Member permission types

By granting members permission in the workspace, collaboration and management on localization projects are possible

  1. Click the "Workspace management > Members" menu

  2. In the "Manage members" list, click the permission type of the member you want to change

  3. Select the type of permission you want to grant

However, only the owner can grant administrator privileges, and administrators cannot.

Permission settings

You can grant permission to manage(create/edit/delete) workspace assets to members of the workspace.

How to set permissions is as follows.

  1. Click the "Workspace management > Permissions" menu

  2. Complete by checking the checkboxes of the terminology and translation memory items of the member to whom you wish to grant permission.
