Basic information

Concept

To create projects easily, we allow you to upload original source files by linking LETR WORKS and external app accounts.

  • Structure - Workspace Management > Integration > Create Project.

More information about creating a project can be found on the creation and management page.

Integration is only available to workspace owners and administrators.

List of apps that can be linked

  • Dropbox

  • Google Drive

  • YouTube (Enterprise plan)

  • OneDrive

Link account

  1. Click the “Workspace Management > Integration” menu.

  2. In the “App List,” click the “Link” button on the right side of the app you want to link.

  3. The account link is complete once you approve the link in the activated app pop-up window.

Permission is required to retrieve the information necessary when linking LETR WORKS with external apps.

Add additional account

  1. Click the “Workspace Management > Integration” menu.

  2. Click the “Add new account link” button at the bottom of the app you want to add to the “App list.”

  3. The account link is complete once you approve the link in the activated app pop-up window.

You can only link to one workspace per account.

  • If you want to link your account to the current workspace, click the “Switch account link to workspace” button in the “Link failed” pop-up window.

  • When you "convert account linking to a workspace," the existing linked workspace will be unlinked.

Unlink account

  1. Click the “Workspace Management > Integration” menu.

  2. Click the “Unlink” button on the right side of the account to remove it from the “App List.”

  3. Click the “Confirm” in the pop-up window to complete disconnection.

Unlinked accounts can be re-linked at any time.

Set account permissions

Google Drive

  1. Log in with the Google account you want to link with LETR WORKS.

  2. To complete account permission settings, select the “checkbox” at the top and click the “Continue” button.

Dropbox

  1. Log in with the Dropobx account you want to link with LETR WORKS.

  2. Click the “Continue” button at the bottom > Click the “Allow” button to complete account linking.

YouTube

  1. Log in with the Google account you want to link with LETR WORKS.

  2. To complete account linking, select the “Select All” checkbox at the top and click the “Continue” button.

OneDrive

  1. Log in with the Microsoft account you want to link with LETR WORKS.

  2. Click the “Accept” button at the bottom to complete account linking.
